Fucking hell, I thought that was what the 'favourite generic item' section was for.

I want to make it clear now that I think these friendship networking sites are full of self-obsessed egotistical twats who go on here to have a virtual ego wank and try to prove to people they've never met they are cool in a vain yet unending attempt to bolster their confidence by ammassing an ever growing list of 'friends' who like the same wank as they do. This ever growing pointless network of people who rarely if ever meet each other is a hollow charade of true friendship that should be built up over time and shared expereince, not by comparing a 3 paragraph 'profile'. There are three reasons I have registered myself on this site and have filled in the profile. An actual friend invited me, I am curious to see if I am true in my convictions and I am work with NOTHING TO DO. No offence.

Music, computing, technology, science, the future, politics, anthropology, gaming, travel, film, food, cannabis, evolutionary psychology, painting, drawing, writing. Hell, all sorts of stuff really...you know, the bullshit most humans like.

Hmmm. Terminator 1 and 2. Total Recall. Fight Club (fuck...so sterotypical...you see...thats why I hate these damn profiles. They make you sound like a generic stereotypical twat). I love a shit load of films and can happily sit in front of bad ones for a couple of hours. I'm not a phillestine though, I appreciate art too you know (American Beauty is not art, despite what they may tell you).

I tell you what, get rid of your TV. Its fucking brilliant. We have no ariel in our new house so no TV! Its amazing how out of touch I am with popular culture. I love it. Do download the odd show and pleanty of DVDS...so....mainy comedy really: Firefly, Red Dwarf, Simpons (obviously), Family Guy, Nathan Barely (well weapon), Simon Schama's History of Britain, Dad's Army, any old cartoons, blah blah blah...Does it really matter. No. Watch what you want.

Obscure 70s science fiction mainly. Phillip K Dick's stuff. But I'll give anything a go. I don't read enough though.
